HELP & GUIDES

A little guidance goes a long way.

Connect your workspace

Open connection settings, enter your Social Engine API endpoint and your email and individual access key, then select Sign in. Accounts and content appear only after a successful response.

Connect a social account

Open Channels and choose Connect account. Select a provider, finish authorization in the provider window, then refresh. Connection depends on your provider configuration. Native TikTok currently provides sign-in only.

Save a draft or schedule a post

In Composer, select one or more available accounts and enter your content or an HTTPS media URL. Choose Save Draft, Schedule, or Publish now. Scheduling requires a future time in your browser’s timezone. Scheduling and publishing open a review dialog before submission. Operators save publishing requests for review; reviewers or tenant administrators approve saved content before an operator submits it.

Understand publishing status

Queued and scheduled posts are waiting. Publishing means submission is in progress. Submitted is a provider receipt, not proof of publication. Published is shown only when the provider reports that state. Failed and cancelled remain visible; this version has no retry or cancel API.

Reuse content and group campaigns

Open Content to search or filter existing posts. Open a post and choose Reuse copy to create a new composition. Tenant administrators create persisted campaigns; select a campaign in Composer. Existing tags remain searchable.

Remember your brand voice

Open Intelligence and Brand memory. Search existing context or save a label and knowledge record. Use Load campaign context in Composer to retrieve relevant saved context.

Organizations, team, and billing

Use the organization switcher to select an authorized workspace. Tenant administrators manage Team invitations, roles, campaigns, and workspaces. Platform administrators manage tenant status and platform users. Billing and quotas remain planned.

Troubleshoot a connection

Refresh to retrieve current data. If your connection fails, check your endpoint and sign-in credentials in connection settings. Switching organizations or losing authorization clears unsent work and cached data. Provider and memory service issues appear in Integrations.
